Positiv: Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Negativ: Die Beschreibung für den Hotelsafe musste man sich von der Kobby holen. Wlan war um 24.00 der letzten Nacht abgeschaltet. Auf den entsprechenden Hinweis an der Rezeption bekam man die Auskunft, dass man sich den neuen Zugangs-Code hätte holen können.
