A good clean hotel centrally located in Palermo.

Prestations conformes à l'annonce et bon prix mais les deux soirs, de 19h à passé minuit, un bistro en bas sonorise tout le quartier avec un disco boum-boum vite insupportable: Dormeurs et lève-tôt s'abstenir!

Il B&B si trova nel mercato di Ballarò, zona molto rumorosa di giorno per il mercato e ancor di più la sera perchè ,l'intera piazza si converte a locale serale pieno di giovani e ricco di musica.

Bella situazione ma non se si è irritabili.

In sè la struttura pur non essendo nuova è pulitissima quindi il rapporto con il prezzo è eccellente.

I proprietari sono gentilissimi, consigliato a giovani e viaggiatori "sportivi"!

El hotel bien. Esos días llovió mucho en Palermo e hizo frio. El problema con este hotel y también su ventaja (está en el centro histórico, pegadito al emblemático mercado Ballaró) es la ubicación. En realidad regresar sola de noche no parecía muy "ortodoxo". Pero quizás todo Palermo, excepto se esté sobre las avdas o calles comerciales, tenga esa característica. Pero el hotel en sí, estuvo bien.

In der letzten Nacht sind Gäste ins Nachbarzimmer gezogen. Das war sehr laut, man konnte aus den Gesprächen jedes Wort verstehen. Wenn ich das die schon von Anfang an gehabt hätte, wäre ich ausgezogen. Sie sollten über Schallisolierung nachdenken.

Ansonsten ist es ein nettes kleines Hotel, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es hat mir gut gefallen.

The hotel is very nice, with great staff and very nice rooms. I had a balcony, which was so cute! On my first night I had a bad experience with a forceful man near the hotel, but I did feel safe the rest of the time, both during the day and at night.

Could be advertised better the placement of the hotel in this fantastic human center of people life in Piazza Ballaro. A crazy and attractive place, at least for a foreigner; even more if you are a youngster. A group of young people from Norway for example (that are used to drink beer from big bottles), would just love Ballaro and the life there.Thanks for some good days.Jens Stenstadvold.

Hôtel très correct et très propre - très bon rapport qualité/prix. Seul bémol le bruit la nuit du au quartier très fréquente par les jeunes - fiesta une grande partie de la nuit mais après une bonne journée de marche et de visite, la fatigue l'emporte sur le bruit ! Accueil agréable à l'hôtel, petit déjeuner correct avec petit pain et viennoiserie! Je recommande - proche du centre ville, de la gare et des principaux sites à voir.

Bon hotel, très bon service, ambiance à la fois familiale et professionnelle .

Mais je plains les propriétaires, il font de gros efforts pour une qualité certaine mais le quartier est un chantier et une cour des miracles avec des beuveries continuelles, du jamais vu en Europe!

Malgré cela l' hotel est à recommander car très soigné , tres bien placé (si l' on est à pied) . L' hotelier est parfait.

La colazione viene servita dalle 8:30 in poi. Chi soggiorna per lavoro scende prima, e comunque è inclusa nel prezzo.
