The matresses on the beds are very uncomfortable. Had an aching back for several days. The breakfast was poor. The maitre was not cooperative. Not speaking Italian, I thought he was rude. The quality of the food was not good. The prices at dinnertime were very high. The bathroom towels were very bad. Towels should be meant to dry, not have to fight to get dry. The shower floor is very slippery. Nothing to hold on to while exiting the shower. GUESTS VERY NOISY EARLY IN MORNING AND LATE AT NIGHT.
