Cuando vuelva a Napoles ,me volveré a alojar en este hotel, a sido una estancia cómoda ,sin ningún problema y cuando he necesitado algo me lo han resuelto eficazmente. Fui por las opiniones favorables en Internet y estoy satisfecho.

Al nostro arrivo, alle ore 18, ci viene detto che la camera era ancora occupata. Si è liberata solo alle 19.30 e siamo dovuti andare a "fare un giro" come consigliato dalla ragazza alla reception dicendo che poi ci avrebbe chiamato appena pronta. Neanche una bottiglia d'acqua per scusarsi. Niente.

Per me, ci sono 2 cose da sottolineare: l'assistenza del personale era ottima (pronti, gentili, disponibili a dare consigli, ecc), e l'albergo era in un posto molto vicino a tutto nel centro storico. Sicuramente consiglierei l'albergo ad un amico o la famiglia.

This was a wonderful little hotel. The room was thoughtfully and very attractively decorated with many interesting things on the walls. The room was kept spotlessly clean. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay including a little table and two chairs where we could write postcards or enjoy some wine. The staff were very courteous and helped us with travel information for visiting various sites. Thank you to all the staff of the Hotel Europe for making our stay in la bella Napoli
such a pleasure. We found it on a website reviews which had many good comments about this hotel which is why we chose it.

Hotel correct et calme dans l'ensemble. L'accès est un peu "glauque".
La chambre était propre, bien que trop sombre.
Le personnel serviable.
En revanche, il a fallut 3 jours avant que l'on apprenne que la climatisation était disponible en sus (5€/jour). 3 jours d'enfer, ou plutôt 3 nuits a essayer de dormir avec un simple ventilateur... Dans une ville ou il fait très lourd, la moindre des choses est d'afficher dans la chambre l'information sur l'existence d'une climatisation.
Sinon, je pense que rapport qualité/prix c'est correct.
