Die Parkgarage ist für heutige Autos sehr eng. Wer gerne Aufzug fährt ist hier richtig.

Es un hotel con confort y muy bien situado. El desayuno fenomenal, muy completo. La habitación muy cómoda y a pesar de ser una habitación triple, era bastante amplia.

No nos dejaron subir a tomar algo en la terraza del Roof Gardeni ya que en información nos dijeron que era con reserva. Algo un tanto ilógico ya que sí está en el hotel sería para uso también de sus huéspedes.

Se lo recomiendo a personas que tienen gusto y dinero.

Hotel nao demostrou ser focado em turismo,atendimento de todos atendentes que tive contato ( 4 pessoas) foi muito superficial o maximo que fizeram por mim foi jogar um mapa da cidade em minha mao e (te vira) ,mas acredito ser um bom hotel para executivos.

Room was very clean and well appointed but very hot and the air conditioning was not working when I arrived at 10pm. I was told that it was switched off for the night and so I would have to leave a window open.

Abbiamo scelto una camera matrimoniale standard (80,00) ben consapevoli che l'avremmo trovata un po' vecchiotta, ovviamente non confortevole come quelle già riammodernate (130,00). Nella nostra doccia e in quella dei nostri amici, c'erano i bordi neri di muffa: questo denota carenze nella manutenzione. Non ci vuole molto a togliere periodicamente lo stucco nero inserendo del silicone bianco o qualcosa di equivalente; questo un 4 stelle lo deve fare. Un vero peccato perché la stanza non era malaccio e la colazione pure.

Zimmereinrichtung ist veraltet. Teppiche!!!

Das Hotel hat eine super zentrale Lage zwischen oberer und unterer Altstadt. Das Restaurant des Hotels befndet sich im obersten Stock und man geniesst einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Stadt und ein excellentes Essen, zwar etwas teurer, aber sehr empfehlenswert.

Leider ist bei der Dusche, Wasser ausgelaufen und wir hatten ständig eine kleine Überschwemmung im Bad, deshalb in der Bewertung "nur" gut, ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr sauber.

Deutschsprachiges Personal hätte ich erwartet in dieser Hotelkategorie

Das Restaurant auf der Dachterasse wurde leider vor unserer Nase geschlossen, das Personal sah keine Möglichkeit für nur noch ein Glas Wein. Schade.

I belong to a group of 29 pc colleagues from Sweden. We stayed at the hotel from18th to 20th August. We were all very pleased with our whole trip to Bergamo. Good service and the location of hotel fantastic. Many of us will definitely come back again. I have recommended Bergamo and the hotel to many friends!

Elegimos habitacion superior para tener mas comfort pero era muy pequeña.

The dressing table area needed to be re varnished which gave the room a drab look. There was no shampoo in the bathroom, only shower gel which I found surprising.
