Le responsable de l'hôtel et sa femme ne sont pas sympathiques. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas bon du tout. Les chambres ne sont pas bien entretenus, la décor laisse à désirer.Sur 5 jours, on nous a changé les serviettes que 2 fois, c'est lamentable. Je déconseille cet hôtel à tous les touristes.

I thought I would be reserving a room with its own ensuite bathroom. The website was misleading. The room was extremely cramped and nothing like the picture. Apart from that the service was good, room clean and I would return to this hotel.

Very good budget hotel. Not far from transport, restaurants or the sites. Clean and tidy inside,Friendly staff. No TV and small bathroom. Breakfast minimal, quite ordinary. About two flights of stairs to manage (to the foyer and then to the rooms). Still a great place to stay at for one night, to put your things then explore the surroundings.

La struttura è bella, centrale ma trascurata, mobilio vecchio, coperte e lenzuola, materassi polverosi e pessimi. bagno al piano non segnalato in prenotazione e insufficiente. servizio e cortesia ottimi.

The only bad thing was: it may be a quiet little street between 2 and 5 o´clock in the morning, but the rest of the time, it was very loud: Guests from a trattoria in front of the house, talking until late, some very ugly noise in the early morning and a building very near site all day long. But the people in the hotel were very friendly.

One of the beds in the room was very bad.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in my travel experience!!! The lack of service and care from the hotel staff was incredible. First at our arrival we were designated an horrible room, with smell, dirty, and parts of the floor were broken!!! After argueing for several minutes with the front desk staff at my arrival next morning we were moved to a room, close to the type of room that was reserved!!
