Pokoik mały, ale bardzo przyjemny. Pościel czysta. W łazience nawet chusteczki higieniczne. Hotel ma już swoje lata, co trochę widać, 4 gwiazdki to, moim zdaniem, trochę za dużo, ale ogólnie hotel wart polecenia. To do czego można się przyczepić, to klimatyzacja, nie była czyszczona chyba nigdy! lokalizacja rewelacyjna.

Falta luces espejo baño. Se enciende con la luz del baño un extractor terriblemente ruidoso. La caja de seguridad estuvo siempre cerrada durante los cinco días con muchísimos reclamos. Falta mantenimiento.

The main problem with this hotel is the lack of tea and coffee making facilities either in your room or in the hotel lounge. This facility would make this hotel a much more desirable place to stay. We could not persuade our friends to stay there with us or even call in to see us because of the lack of this amenity.

Je suis déçue par le rapport qualité/prix. Travaillant dans l'industrie de l'hospitalité/tourisme depuis une vingtaine d'année et étant une voyageuse expérimentée qui a la chance de voyager partout, surtout en Europe (donc qui comprend et n'est nullement difficile et exigeante), je n'ai jamais eu un accueil aussi froid et non professionnel (arrivée le lundi 21 novembre) dans un hôtel qui prétend avoir un "certain standing". Je me vois dans l'obligation de donner quelques détails: donc, j'arrive effectivement un peu tôt (11h30am), mais aucun bonjour, seulement une attente de 5 minutes devant une personne parlant fort à son portable "personnel" qui finalement le dépose sur le comptoir (sans raccrocher), à l'évidence je le dérange au plus haut point. Et il me dit simplement de mettre mes valises dans le coin car les chambres ne sont pas prêtes (et ce sans vérifier) et de revenir à 13h30. Je n'ai aucune possibilité de lui demander quoi que ce soit car il a déjà repris "son portable". Je reviens donc vers 13h15 et il me donne la clé (toujours sans "buongiorno") et sans aucune autre vérification. J'ose insister sur le fait que je reste sept nuits et que j'aimerais m'assurer qu'il m'a donné la bonne chambre (j'ai demandé une double en occupation simple afin de m'assurer que je serais le plus confortable possible pour la durée de mon séjour). Finalement, j'arrive à ma chambre...surprise, la porte de la garde-robe est cassée et va tomber d'un instant à l'autre, j'appelle donc à la réception et lui dit que je ne vais pas rester dans cette chambre, ne pouvant utiliser la garde-robe pendant une semaine! Il dit qu'il arrive tout de suite et me fait déménager dans la chambre voisine dans une chambre avec deux lits simples. Je payais pour une double pour sept nuits justement pour être le plus confortable possible. Je descends les escaliers en broyant du noir car je dois lui demander un petit service: je veux qu'il appelle pour moi pour reconfirmer un tour à Rome que j'ai réservé via internet pour le lendemain, eh oui, il était sortie de derrière son comptoir pour aller fumer dehors, il doit donc revenir, reste du même côté du comptoir que moi pour composer le numéro de téléphone en question et me passe le combiné le plus rapidement possible afin que je le fasse moi-même. Cette personne, à mon avis, n'est pas à sa place dans un hôtel qui est quatre étoiles. Roberto et un autre de ses collègues ont été très agréables et aimables les jours suivants! Mais c'est lui qui a fait mon départ le lundi suivant (28 novembre) donc, mon premier et dernier contact avec Rome ne fût pas agréable et je peux vous assurer que je ne reviendrai pas à votre hôtel et ne le recommanderez pas non plus.
