We got a warm and friendly welcome from the manager. Beautiful balcony, very clean!
If you get in the harbour of Vulcano, you can phone the hotel and they come to the harbour with their car to get you to the hotel.

La stanza era moto piccola e il letto matrimoniale occupava tutto lo spazio della camera lasciando solo lo spazio minimo per muoversi. La biancheria da letto non è stata mai cambiata per tutta la durata del soggiorno, se pur breve, e i teli e le tovaglie da bagno sono stati sostituiti dopo due giorni. Altro che hotel 4 stelle. Dovrebbe essere una pensione a zero stelle. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.
