Personale eccellente ! Abbiamo effettuato il check-out alle ore 05:00 del mattino, le colazioni iniziavano alle ore 07:00, ma il portinaio è stato gentilissimo a prepararci un bel caldo cappuccino gratuitamente :)

Cucina veramente fantastica, una delle migliori in assoluto in vita mia! Ricchezza di cibo e prelibatezza!
Stanze e servizi ok, solamente bagno non proprio da 4 stelle e dimensione camera non enorme.
Per il resto grandissima comodita' dei servizi ed ampio parcheggio sotterraneo

Ottimo prezzo per un albergo che ha 4 stelle, ma stanza talmente stretta che a malapena ci si poteva muovere all'interno. Per non parlare poi del bagno assolutamente inidoneo per un 4 stelle. Inoltre con una tv ove si vedeva un unico canale in lingua russa.

Pour un hôtel de 4* trés décévant au niveau des chambres, salle de bains/douche et service-restaurant, comparé au standard d'autres hotels de cette categorie en Europe.
Nous avons eu une chambre pour deux personnes d'une grandeur acceptable et sans porte comunicante avec la chambre voisine aprés réclamation.

Hotel un pò datato con un personale all'altezza nel risolvere le piccole carenze.
Hotel orientato più verso una clientela estera (russi) che evidentemente sono i nuovi turisti. Servizio impeccabile e preciso. Colazione a buffet e il ristorante in genere a buon livello (ristorante con un servizio "troppo veloce" ).
Camera un pò piccola per 4 ospiti (leggasi famiglia tipo).
