Moyen voire, très moyen car chambre trop chaude, pas possible d' ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit. (présence d'un climatiseur très bruyant). Le téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas. L'hôtel semblait plus joli et plus confortable sur les photos du site de l’hôtel. Hôtel choisi car c'était l'un des seuls voire le seul dans la région avec une chambre familiale.

Excellent location, convenient for Lecco centre and nice lakeside setting with lake view.
Facilities basic but very clean and well maintained. Hotel was quiet, breakfast was OK with excellent coffee.
Little english spoken by reception staff, one of whom was extremely rude with regard to pointing out car parking arrangements in front of the hotel, which were not clear - a simple notice would have been good in reception - in Italian and English and perhaps German ( as some German guests also bore the brunt of this particular staff member's hysterics )
Apart from this rather unpleasant episode all was fine.

L'hotel ha una bellissima posizione, vista lago, purtroppo la struttura è piuttosto mal tenuta e necessiterebbe di restauri soprattutto per i bagni.
La camera da me occupata ha un bel terrazzo spazioso, purtroppo non pulito da tempo.
