Animationsteam und Servicepersonal waren supernett und kompetent. Da wir All inclusive gebucht hatten, sind wir der Meinung dass alles dabei sein müsste, inclusive Getränke und Zwischenverpflegung.(im ganzen Haus plus an der Strandbar) Unser Haarfön war defekt.Wir meldeten dies am 1.Tag und ersetzt wurde er bis Ende des Aufenthaltes nicht.Schade !!

Devo ringraziare il direttore dell'hotel che molto cortesemente si è prodigato ed farci fare la colazione alle 6.30.

Ho aderito ad una offerta presente nel sito la quale prevedeva un forte sconto con mezza pensione inclusa nel prezzo, ma in hotel tale offerta non è stata considerata poiché non espressamente richiesta da me nell'atto della prenotazione tra gli ulteriori servizi richiesti. Le prime due notti sono state considerate quindi come solo pernottamento mentre nell'ultima, avendo cliccato anche sui servizi della mezza pensione, mi è stata considerata come tale. Considerando comunque l'offerta complessiva, il rapporto finale di convenienza per il pernottamento rispetto al prezzo reale è stato ottimo.
