Me he alojado en la habitación Nº 218, aunque era amplia y luminosa, llegar hasta ella era como bajar al sótano, muy deprimente. Además debíamos subir dos tramos de escalera y bajar otros dos hasta la habitación, cargando nosotros mismos con las maletas, porque no disponen de botones ni de alguien que te ayude. Las alfombras de los pasillos se notaban sucias. Además por ser un Hotel de cuatro estrellas, el desayuno era poco variado y los productos ofrecidos de escasa calidad. El café muy malo.

Chauffage insuffisant en cas de grands froids (radiateurs chauds mais isolation thermique discutable). Isolation phonique des portes insuffisantes.

I loved the 4th floor room where I stayed on my first visit... It was an attic room filled with art work and coziness all over... nice roof top view from the cute little bedroom stuck at the end of a long corridor lined with closets that you probably will never need as a tourist. The bathroom was very clean.. no unpleasant smells from pipes or from years of usage... So with this feeling I returned 5 days later thinking that maybe I could stay in the same room. No luck... I got a 3rd floor room, but it was't even close to the first-time experince! This was just an ordinary hotel room with a bad moldy bathroom smell... Nevertheless, the location of the hotel is awesome! There were some very charming personnel... Just don't treat them as guides, make your own tourist plans... some of the personnel may lead you to the most expensive and touristy alternatives.

The hotel room stank of smoke. The bathroom was cold and no one fixed the heating despite us asking the staff to do so. The breakfast was very poor, particularly considering they claim to have 4 stars. This hotel should at a maximum be rated 3 stars considering any international standard.

Frühstück könnte abwechsungsreicher sein. Für Gäste die sich aber nur kurzzeitig aufhalten, ist das Frühstück ausreichend.
