Per essere un hotel a tre stelle è appena "accettabile".

La formula letto matrimoniale, ottenuta con due letti singoli ,richiederebbe quonto meno la precisazione, prima dell'assegnazione della camera; i servizi sanitari non erano in condizioni ottimali, dato il getto d' acqua insufficiente (specie riguardo il bidet) e le incrostazioni di calcare nel lavandino.

Tra le coperte fornite, una risultava macchiata e, tra le lenzuola, prima dell'utilizzo è stato trovato un pelo.

La colazione, per quanto varia e ricca, offre prodotti, probabilmente confezionati e di qualità non proprio eccellente.

Un ultimo appunto ,riguardo l'utilizzo del wifi a pagamento, per chi è già ospite dell' albergo. Mi rendo conto che è già indicato tra le condizioni, tuttavia, mi permetto di rivedere questa scelta che, tra l'altro, è ormai rara nella maggior parte dei siti delle più importanti città europee.

Bisognerebbe rivedere l'arredamento delle camere.

The hotel advertizes a restaurant and internet connections, but neither were available during my hole stay (restaurant only for breakfast).

The staff is friendly but incompetent. They do not understand the client's needs.

The only way to leave the hotel is by bus. But the hotel sells no bus tickets (and one would have to go by bus to reach a place where anything can be bought, including bus tickets) and does not know the bus schedule.

Neither do they sell stamps, nor know the tariffs. The post cards I left with them for the mail have never arrived.

Breakfast can be improved with better quality juices & breads. Most of the items were sweet.
