Quand on a demandé ou diner le soir, l'hôtel nous proposé sa navette pour aller dans le restaurant de la même entreprise. Nous n'avons pas eu beaucoup le choix, et sur place personne ne parlais ni français, ni anglais. Pas de menu avec les tarifs, il a fallu questionner tout le personnel pour avoir une idée des prix. La qualité de la nourriture servie était très moyenne. Le trajet retour, du restaurant à l'hôtel, a été dans un véhicule personnel de la famille, sans ceinture de sécurité et à une vitesse et conduite très dangereuse ! Expérience très mauvaise.

We had one of the Colombaia rooms. For this room we had to take a door that felt to us like a back door, that led to the kitchen and to dirty stairs to two Colombaia rooms. It didn't feel right and if I had known this, I wouldn't have booked the room.

Consiglio vivamente a chi si dovesse trovare in loco, oltre che usufruire dell'hotel, di provare il ristorante annesso: ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista, dalla qualità del cibo, alla ricca carta dei vini, ma soprattutto per la cortesia, disponibilità e preparazione del personale addetto.
