Il portiere mi aveva garantito parcheggio per il furgone, ma e' stato molto difficile parcheggiare, solo dopo molte discussioni con il portiere;oltre tutto persona molto indisponibile e estremamente nervosa. Alla fine ho sistemato il mio mezzo di lavoro. Data la mia stanchezza non mi sono messo più a discutere con certo personale, ma non andrò più e non consiglierò a nessuno questo albergo.

I collegamenti pubblici con San Donato milanese sono veramente insufficienti pur essendo a 2 km. Ho speso una cifra in taxi per i miei spostamenti. Il prezzo della stanza che mi è stato indicato valeva solo per il primo giorno di soggiorno poi cambiava in senso aumentativo.

Reception arrivo - formalita(check-in) senza nessun spiegazione che riguarda l'albergo,la camera o gli ambienti (bar-ristorante=lobby etc).
Avevo Prenotato una camera singola che era piccolissima(+letto stretto) così ho chiesto alla persona del Reception la possibilità di avere una camera con letto matrimoniale(visto che ogni tanto voleva venire a trovarmi la mia ragazza che abita nella zona) se ne aveva disponibile pagando la differenza. All'inizio mi ha risposto che c'era un mini-suite che poteva darmi al prezzo di una camera doppia. Dopo 5 minuti quando gli ho detto ok , la camera non era piu disponibile(!!!!!!!!!!!!). Però aveva da offrire(stesso prezzo!!!) una camera con il letto matrimoniale(!!!) nel piano sottoterra(!!!!) accanto alle camere di servizio dicendo che era l'unica camera rimasta con il letto matrimoniale. Visto che non mi rimana scelta(nella zona non ci sono altri alberghi) ho accettato....
Dopo 2 giorni parlando con il responsabile del Reception riguardo le prossime prenotazioni che volevo fare gli ho chiesto gentilmente di non avere piu quella camera. Stranamente ho imparato dalle sue parole che quella camera ce l'avevano solo per casi di vera emergenza e che non la davano per più di un giorno.....quindi secondo lui la signorina del Reception il primo giorno doveva praticamente trovare una soluzione, cosa che non ha proprio voluto fare....
Rimango deluso dal fatto che alla fine ho dovuto pagare lo stesso prezzo di una camera doppia normale mentre ho avuto la 204 sottoterra per colpa di una persona irresponsabile della Reception che tra l'altro ci ha parlatto del regolamento dell' albergo riguarda la seconda persona in camera senza rendersi conto del fatto che la qualita delle camere non è la stessa....e che di solito praticamente fa cadere il prezzo!!!
It's Ashame for such a nice countryside(the only one in the area)hotel to have a non smiley young lady at the Reception....it makes you feel really not at home....
Anyway...I hope these comments will help to make things better....
