I made an error and only booked until the 28th., I should have booked until the 29th. Andrea, the manager was very helpful and changed the booking at the same rate. He also provided a taxi service at very reasonable cost back to Genoa airport. Although the hotel was good, the town of Recco is not. It is not clean and the numerous waste bins smell. The nearby towns of Santa Margherita, Rapallo
and Protofino were spotlessly clean. Train and bus travel were excellent and very cheap. I also enjoyed many boat trips. Overall the holiday was very good but I would not stay in Recco again. I did not use the hotels restaurant facilities because I traveled every day but they appeared to be very good.
