Nous avions réservé une chambre double-supérior. Déçus des prestations à notre arrivée (chambre plus petite que photos, pas de peignoir), nous en avons fait part à la réception qui dès le lendemain nous a proposé une chambre + grande (au 6éme et au lieu du 2ème : donc plus à l'écart du bruit de la circulation) et avec le KIT supérior. Le petit dej est très copieux et varié, le personnel vraiment charmant et disponible. Situation idéale, nous avons tout visité à pied. Le concierge à la réception nous a également donné de précieux conseils.
Le rapport qualité-prix est donc très bon pour un hôtel de grande ville.

I am a travel agent at Travel Resource in Palm Beach, FL. I wanted to try the Hotel for future use. It was great---staff very good, restaurants in the area were fabulous and all in all a very nice experience. I hope to use The Mascagni for my clients coming to Rome who want to watch their nickels and dimes. The Hotel was a great bargain.

Desidero ringraziare ancora il personale dell'albergo relativamente ad un anello di 5 brillanti che pensavo di aver perso durante il soggorno e che invece e' stato travato il giorno dopo la partenza dalla signora addetta alla pulizia della stanza.
Mi hanno rintracciato telefonicamente e spedito l'anello via corriere. Quando succedono queste cose pensi che abbiamo ancora una speranza per il genere umano.
