Personale qualificato e ottima struttura, nonostante l 'albergo non sia provvisto di garage, non mancano i posteggi nelle zone limitrofe, unica pecca la zona scarsamente collegata, per il resto eccellente in servizi, accoglienza e struttura.

La camera l'abbiamo trovata con i calzini di un precedente cliente sporchi a terra, posacenere pieno e bottiglie di vino (2) mezze piene. In una zona terrificante, dove il personale ci ha sconsigliato le strade limitrofe per arrivare all'aeroporto facendoci alzare alle 5 di mattina per essere certi di non perdere l'aereo. Il servizio bar è stato costosissimo a fronte di un barista svogliato, stanco e desideroso solo di andarsene. Alle nostre lamentele il personale alla reception non ha neanche chiesto scusa, almeno per la sporcizia della camera. Il prossimo mese tornerò a Catania ma mi sono rivolta ad un'altra catena alberghiera.
