I would like to suggest when a client arrives at your hotel someone should acompany them to their room to make sure everything is working correctly. One of the lights did not work and the hair dryer as well. The light was fixed however the hair dryer never was. Also there was a misunderstanding about the day we were going to depart.
We have stayed at the hotel two other times and was very satisfied.
The maids and the gentleman working at the bar were very nice and greeted us every day. The atmosphere at the hotel left much to be desired.
