Per quanto riguarda l'hotel, come struttura, bello. I servizi all'ingresso nella hall, si rischiava di rimanere chiusi dentro, talmente erano stretti, senza pensare che se una persona sta male in bagno non si può nemmeno soccorrerla. Il servizio cucina non è all'altezza, se si chiede cosa c'è, non sanno nemmeno loro cosa fare da mangiare, non c'è scelta (o mangia sta minestra o salta dalla finestra), oggi c'è la macedonia in scatola, domani ti devi pagare il dolce, perché non c'è nemmeno la frutta. Il locale ristorante è freddo, i piatti di portata freddi anche loro, almeno scaldare i piatti). Gli è stato comunicato al mattino a colazione, che in camera c'era una tenda che stava cadendo, alla sera rientrati era ancora a penzoloni. I servizi in camera sono l'unica cosa che c'è di buono, spaziosi e all'altezza di un hotel.
