Die Gesamtbewertung ist nur ausreichend, weil die nächtliche Ruhestörung sehr extrem war. Die Discothek mit extrem lauter Musik fand direkt unter unserem Zimmer statt und ging teilweise bis 2:00 Uhr nachts. Es war so laut, als ob die Band in unserem Zimmer gespielt hätte. Der Portier war nicht im Stande das Problem zu lösen.

Albergo rinnovato con eccellente design, anche se non del tutto funzionale,con parte del personale non è all'altezza della categoria (alla reception ci ha ricevuto un giovanotto esprimendoci le sue idee politiche, peraltro non richieste).
Nella sala della prima colazione il personale era alquanto distratto da faccende del tutto private (ma rese pubbliche a voce alta).

El recepcionista fue desagradable y grosero. El día que nos fuimos no reconocía la reserva de internet y pretendía cobrar la tarifa oficial del hotel. Resultó ser además incompetente!!
