Very nice, helpful staff. Great location. Very nice, newly renovated hotel. Spacious room. Amazing views of Vesuvius from hotel roof terrace.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace is a lovely place to sit and relax. The breakfast is terrible with lots of cake every day - so if that is what you like you will be fine. We booked two twins but were given two rooms with double beds on arrival. However, they then gave us a triple room the first night and then moved us the next day into twin rooms. The first triple rooms we were put in each had a bath but a terrible shower. The twin rooms had no bath but great showers, which suited us. It is situated in an excellent location for the Pompei ruins which are only 5 minutes away.

L'hôtel indique 4 étoiles, ce qu'il ne mérite pas du tout à mon avis.
De plus la "directrice" est très désagréable.
