Das Hotel selber ist nach wie vor in Ordnung.. Ich war jetzt das 5,Mal dort.... Leider wurde das System zwischen Hotel und Restaurant geändert, jetz muss für jeden Wunsch beim Frühstück separat bezahlt werden, z.B.Cappuccino 2.50 Euro. Mir geht's nicht um den Aufpreis, aber ich finde mit 100 Euro pro Uebernachtung darf man erwarten das einem der gewünschte Cappuccino ohne "murren" serviert wird. Schade der Service hat stark nachgelassen.

Im Hotelrestaurant zahlten wir 26 Euro für drei kleine Gambas, ohne
Beilage. Das war absoluter Nepp.
Die Treppen sind nur für junge sportliche Menschen geeignet, das
sollte man unbedingt beachten. Der Parkplatz ist nur über verschlungene Treppenwege zu erreichen.

Le potentiel de cet hôtel n'est pas exploité. Les 4 étoiles annoncées ont très certainement été justifiées dans le passé mais ce n'est malheureusement plus d'actualité. Nous recherchions un établissement de luxe et le grand hôtel, partenaire du Punta San Martino aurait sans doute plus correspondu a notre attente. Par contre la région est magnifique et l'accueil italien dans les restaurants et autres commerces est vraiment très agréable.

Nice room (small appartment) but not renovated
Nice swimming pools but need some renovation as well
Well located on the cliff but access to beach needs renovation - some old material - use of the beach not included in price
Restaurant bills not checked on spot - transmitted directly to account - some mistakes

Zimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich ausgestattet. Frühstück weit unter Standard - kaum Auswahl, sehr wenig und wird auch nicht mehr nachgeliefert. Personal serviert einen Kaffee oder Tee und verschwindet anschließend spurlos.

The inside of the hotel is very good, but the outside would need some repair and paintings. It is a shame, because with some refection, this place would be like a palace.
