Una grande presa in giro...sporchissime le stanze..aria condizionata guasta..propongono come rimedio un ventilatore, guasto pure quello..na abbiamo cambiati 3. Il personale e tutto rimediato scortesi sporchi e maleducati
Esperienza pessima non dovrebbe avere neanche una stella come albergo.
Unico vantaggio che è vicino alla stazione termini,per il resto è pessimo.

Das Personal war freundlich, besonders freundlich war der Portier Herr Lillo. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend um zu Fuß ins Zentrum zu gelangen, auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Zug, Bus und Metro) sind auf kurzem Weg zu erreichen. Frühstück ist halt italienisch Brötchen, Marmelade und Butter.
