Il giardino e la parte esterna dell'hotel sono abbandonati a se stessi, la camera in alcuni punti delle pareti necessita di stuccatura e verniciatura. La qualità dell'aria non è buona, sia nei corridoi che nelle camere non si sono sufficienti ricambi d'aria.
Per la categoria di hotel le docce non sono abbastanza grandi. La colazione che viene servita è mediocre, a partire dal tipo di succhi di frutta e del tipo di pane.
Aggiungo che le conifere non sono adatte ai parcheggi, perdono resina che finisce poi sulle auto (anche quelle parcheggiate non sotto all'albero ma nelle vicinanze).

Wir hatten im Internet das Riviera gebucht und wurden ins Grand - Hotel verlegt. Bei der verlegung hatte ich gefragt ob ein Hotelparkplatz dabei sei und es wurde uns mitgeteilt das sehrwohl einer dabei ist!
Im Internet war das Hotel mit Parkplätzen angegeben, mir mußten jedoch extra pro Tag € 21.-- bezahlen!
Ebenfalls war der Hotelstrand angegeben und da nehmen wir an dass auch die Liegen dabei sind, diese mußten wir auch extra bezahlen!
Deshalb stimmt die Preis - Leistung nicht überein!

Es ist bedauerlich, daß das Hotel lediglich von der schönen Lage und Aussicht profitiert. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist katastrophal. Der hohe Preis wird aufgrund der wunderschönen Lage berechnet, die letztendlich von der Natur umsonst geliefert wird. Nie Wieder !

Wir sind leider vorzeitig abgereist, weil man uns der Bademeister auf niveauloseste Art vom Strandbereich verjagt hat. Zur Klärung: Der Bademeister lag, für niemanden erlennbar, dass es der Bademeister war, auf einer Liege. Zwei weitere Liegen waren besetzt und nur noch eine freie Liege zur unmittelbaren Verfügung. Ich und meine Frau haben uns, da keine zwei Liegen frei waren, auf die Badehandtücher gelegt. Nach gut 20 Minuten, es war genau 14 Uhr, stand der für uns nicht erkennbare Bademeister auf, kam zu uns, dutzte uns sofort, stellte sich als Bademeister vor, dessen Dienst jetzt um 14 Uhr begann und forderte uns auf, entweder zwei Liegen zu nehmen und zu zahlen oder wir müssten von der Bade/Strandplattform verschwinden. Auf die Frage, warum er uns erst nach gut 20 Minuten aufforderte, antwortete er lapidar, sein Dienst begänne rst um 14 Uhr. Vorher hat er sich gesonnt. Auf den Liegen, die übrigens für Hotelgäste reserviert wären. Ich hätte erwartet, dass der Bademeister von der Liege aufsteht und sie uns Hotelgästen anbietet, er aber hat sich erst noch 20 Miuten gesonnt und uns dann rabiat aufgefordert. Eine Frechheit war ebenfalls die Art und Weise mit der er mit uns sprach. Wir sind daraufhin vorzeitig abgereist, So etwas muss man sich in einem 4 Steren Hotel nicht bieten lassen. Gäste verjagen und beschimpfen gehört sich auch für ein 1 Stern Hotel nicht.
Ansonsten hatten wir Probleme mit der Dusche, die wir sofort bei Ankunft an der Rezepition deponiert hatten, es ist aber während unseres Aufenthaltes nichts in der Richtung passiert. Ein 4 Sterne Hotel sollte seinen Gästen eine tadellos funktionierende Dusche bieten.
Eigentlich erwarte ich ein Entschuldigung, Entschädigung, oder ähnliches.

Die Wände zu den anderen Zimmern nicht optimal schallgeschützt (hellhörig)
Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist in der Vorsaison ok.
Eigener großer Parkplatz ist in und um Triest keine Selbverständlichkeit.

Situation paradisiaque des chambres face a la mer et au soleil, chambres et mobilier un peu desuets.
Lors de la reservation, j'ai opte pour une chambre double superior (240 Euros petit dejeuner compris), arrive a l'hotel je me suis rendu compte que j'etais dans une chambre double standard avec le meme tarif (affiche au mur) que pour une chambre superior. Je me suis donc retrouve dans cette chambre standard sans acces a internet, ce qui s'est avere genant car j'etais en voyage d'affaire.
