I asked for a quite room. The receptionist was a typical person that hates her job. Unfriendly to almost careless. We got the end of the corridor room that faces the gate to the parking. Cars started to leave at 4:15 in the morning and the gate was squeaking and was impossible to sleep. Located in the middle-of-nowhere.

I liked everything but I did not know how to use the lights with the door card. It was kind of awkward at first and then I got it... but for people not familiar with the automated system you should have an explanation sheet or a card which informs you about the very modern system. Other than that everything was great.
I asked to be awaken at 3:00 a.m. and I was. I needed a taxi at 4:00 a.m. and it was there. The staff was very patient and professional... I would recommend it to anybody

Restaurant was not open. They were accommodating in that we were allowed to use the restaurant facility for our own food and beverage. The location is a bit strange - it is not very near the airport and is in a small town several miles from the airport. We had no directions or information about how to find it. We did have fenced in parking and that was good. It is clean and perfectly fine as a place to stay.

We were looking for the one large room to accomodate 4 people over night. Not many hotels offer such opportunity near the Fiumicino airport. The room at Roma Airport Hotel was good. It had 2 balconies that adds a big "+".
The food(breakfast) could have more choices. The web site could be more specific about shuttle service that you have to discuss with hotel staff before arriving. The pick up is not available at any time. Also, if you have plans to visit Rome you should keep in mind that besides taxi any other type of transportation from the hotel to Rome and back is a bit complicated and not fast...
