50% of customers would book Hotel Sabatino again
When you switch on shower, water is splashing on the toilet... Some problems with hot water also happened.
Hotel was good enough considering we were trying to find the cheapest one. But it was not our only hotel in Italy, so we learned that the same price can correspond to much better conditions.

The bad thing was that I booked the hotel initially from 27 till 29 but then asked somebody from your organization (initalia.it) to book also for 26. I was told that everything is fine and hotel finally agreed to provide a room from 26 till 29. But when I arrived at the hotel they knew only about booking from 27 till 29. Fortunatelly I had an email from you confirming a booking for 26 also and after some conversation with the manager finally I was given a room. Still I spent some not that nice time on it.
