Per raggiungere l'albergo con i bus di linea bisogna camminare in salita per un paio di chilometri, senza la possibilità di prendere un taxi e senza che l'albergo sia segnalato da cartellonistica. Per quanto riguarda la cucina decisamente non all'altezza dell'albergo: poca scelta di primi e secondi per la cena e preparazione mediocre, la verdura lessa piena d'acqua, i fritti zuppi di olio. La colazione poi tiene conto solo degli ospiti stranieri, senza considerare che gli italiani mangiano brioche o torta al mattino e non pancetta. E non sono una persona che va in albergo per mangiare.

Abbiamo rimpianto che niente sia fatto per i clienti francesi, nemmeno un programma televisivo in lingua francese! Tutto in tedesco, peccato.

Das Hotel muss aufpassen das es seinen guten Standard nicht verliert. Besonders im Terassenbereich sind immer mehr Schäden erkennbar die bereits im vorigen Jahr vorhanden waren und sich verschlimmert haben. Hier wurde nichts getan. Auch in der Tiefgarage gab es Schäden an der Abflußleitung so das stark kalkhaltige Ablagerungen auf dem Auto zurückblieben, die sich nur schlecht entfernen ließen.
Wir würden uns auch wünschen das man über die Lifeveranstaltungen die im Hotel und im Ort stattfinden rechtzeitig informiert wird.
