El primer impacto que se recibe en un hotel es la manera como lo reciben o lo saludan o le dan la bienvenida. En este sentido debe mejorarse muchisimo por parte del señor que atiende la recepcion.
Por el contrario las damas que asisten en el servicio, suministran una excelente informacion y buscan la manera de ayudar en lo que el huesped necesite.
La ubicacion del hotel es excelente. Podria mejorarse la hora del servicio de desayuno que se hace entre 8:00am y 9:30am cuando en el promedio de hoteles se hace desde la 7:00 hasta las 10:30am.
