Il wi-fi non ha funzionato per il periodo del mio soggiorno, ma ho seri dubbi che il sistema era operativo e le risposte del personale sono state vaghe.

L'aménagement de notre chambre 324 laisse beaucoup à désirer.
Il n'y a aucun rangement possible pour les effets personnels : pas de commode ou armoire ou simples étagères ; il y a simplement quelques cintres disposition dans un dressing room : il pourrait être aménagé facilement. D'autre part l'éclairage des appliques de lit est solidaire de celui de l'applique murale du mur opposé : cela ne permet pas a l'un des occupants de lire ,si le sommeil tarde, sans déranger l'autre occupant et même cela l’empêche de dormir . Il faut désolidariser ces deux sources de lumière .

Ho trovato uno scarafaggio in camera e c'era polvere. E' comodissima la posizione in città ma cercherei qualcosa di meglio la prossima volta. La colazione non offriva caffè d'orzo che ormai dovrebbe trovarsi in ogni hotel specialmente in un quattro stelle.

Difficile da raggiungere in auto. Hall inadeguata ad un 4 stelle. Camere troppo piccole per un 4 stelle. Ambiente complessivo non rispondente a chi chiede un 4 stelle. Forse il peggior 4 stelle in cui ho soggiornato da 30 anni ad oggi.
Molte possibilità di miglioramento.
