This was one of the the worst hotel experiences i have ever had. despite receiving a confirmation when booking, the hotel said there was a problem with my credit card (even though i talked to my credit card company and they said there was no issue whatsoever), and they gave my room away. of course, the hotel was full then. the staff was rude and very unhelpful.

Riscaldamento spento e non è stato acceso anche se segnalato più volte.
Utilizzo del servizio navetta molto limitato ( nessun collegamento con Venezia).
Stanze fredde senza riscaldamento.
Comunque l'albergo ha tutte le caratteristiche di un livello superiore.

Paid for it when I booked it, so did not appreciate that there would be a late fee if we came after 4pm. It was late afternoon when we arrived, being on a busy street it didn't seem like there was any where to get any food, but being tired perhaps we did not try very hard. Appreciated that breakfast was available at 4:30 am, also appreciated the airport shuttle service.

Very friendly staff, extremely convenient for the airport and still fine to visit Venice. Good breakfast. We had a quadruple, which, while not the cheapest we had, was extremely spacious, basically a small apartment (though without kitchen). We would stay again if visiting Venice!

There was a lot of noise on 18th of December in our room, not allowing us to fully rest (I think there was some work being done on the hotel). Apart from that everything was good enough. Regards!
