L'hotel è sito vicinissimo al mare e alla piazza principale di Marina di Cecina. D'estate e nel weekend soprattutto, la piazza è affollata e il pub sottostante è aperto fino a tardi. C'è quindi un po' di rumore, ma le finestre sono ben insonorizzate quindi il fastidio è proprio lieve.
