Bad experience. Booked this hotel online with breakfast included. Arrived late in the evening. The lady who opened the door was rude, didn't greet us and acted as if we were bothering her. Moreover, although our receipt showed breakfast x 4 people included, she rudely explained it was a mistake and we should pay additional 6 euros/person. Not for the money, but for the sake of honesty, we argued it wasn't right and finally, the next morning, the manager agreed to give the breakfast. The morning was screwed up, appetite lost. To our surprise, this "valuable" breakfast was coffee, croissants and bread with butter. Rooms were cold, had to get up at night to look for extra blankets . For a 4 people room, only 2 extra blankets. One good comment about this place is the view from the window. Overall. Do not recommend this hotel.

Zimmer und Bad recht großzügig im oberen Bereich, Zimmer im Souterrain klein. Sauberkeit war ok. Mitarbeiterin (Besitzerin?) an der Rezeption (nachher konnte man sie auch in der Küche sehen) schien nicht sehr motiviert. Restaurant für Abendessen nur von halb acht bis halb neun geöffnet. Gutes Restaurant allerdings im Stadtkern gefunden.
Das Haus scheint vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden zu sein. Der Weg nach Bergamo, bzw. Flughafen Orio dauerte ca. 20 min. und war somit eine gute Wahl in Verbindung mit Mietwagen und mehreren Personen. Sonderpreis über InItalia war letztlich bei der Leistung absolut angemessen.
