Für Mittelgroße PKW bereits schwierigere Durchfahrt aufgrund sehr schmaler Straßen.

Die Zimmerwände waren verschimmelt.

We had no light in the room as the bulb was broken. We were promised every day that it would be fixed but it never was. We were offered an alternative room but refused it mainly because I wanted to be next to my elderly father should he need my assistance.

Fantastic.... you could not fault the location. On arrival at Como station we were not sure how to get to the hotel and opted for a Taxi as we were aware that it was a short 1.2 km trip away from the central city location and by then our luggage had expanded some what... The taxi wove his way throught the extremly narrow streets to the very top of the mountain overlooking Como and dropped us at the entrance to the hotel - the cost 30 Euro. Initally we thought we were going to be paying out heaps just to go in and out of the city but soon realised our mistake - The Finicular is a very short walk from the hotel - has services running to Como every 15 min from 6am til just after midnight with a cost of 3 Euros a trip and has plenty of room for luggage as well. The friendly staff greeted us and processed our registration quickly. The room was spacious and very clean with excellent facilities. From the outside patio area the view is to die for. You overlook the town of Como and the lakes. Breakfast was included in the package and was quite limited compared to other continental breakfasts we had experienced. On the top of the mountain you are able to walk and explore and using the inicular you have direct access to all the tourist options in Como. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to others and would love to go back again ourselves.

Hôtel très difficilement accessible en voiture, route vertigineuse; heureusement il y a le funiculaire sinon n'étant pas rassurée par mon arrivée en voiture, je serai restée bloquée le temps du séjour . Etablissement tenue par des russes, propre. Accueil un peu froid, pas d'informations sur le lac et les alentours. Répas bien mais quelque fois aucun dessert de proposé. Peu de monde dans la salle de restaurant. Un peu décevant compte tenu du prix et de l'éloignement du lac

Leider verfügte weder der Chef sowie die Angestellten mit Ausnahme einer Dame über keine Fremdsprachenkenntnisse.

Die Lage des Hotels mit der Straße direkt am Hoteleingang vorbei (1 Meter) sowie keiner sonstigen Freifläche außer Haus und der spartanischen Einrichtung des Restaurantsaales wie Rezeption, luden zu keinem Wohlgefühl ein.

Aufgrund des Frühstückbuffets stelle ich die Kochkunst der Küche in Frage.
