There is no air conditioning or even a fan in the rooms which I feel is essential. Also as mainly Italians go there I feel they need a one page sheet in English to tell you what you need to do to change your sheets, how and when this happens, the telephone number for reception, umbrellas at the beach need to be booked in advance and basic info that may help you settle in easier.
