Reviews Lolli Palace Hotel - Sanremo

Very disappointed! This place is advertised as a 4-5 stars. Actually its only 3. The place itself was dirty: the floor carpets were full of stains, at the entrance there were spider webs , bed linens stained...Everything looked runned down, no one seems to care.On our complaints the owner said, that ,if you dont like it, you can leave". At least keep it clean, if your in business of hospitality. Nothing was hospitable in this "hotel"..

Wir waren enttäuscht, dass wir ein Zimmer unter dem Dach, ohne Balkon erhalten haben. Wir kahmen uns vor wie unters Dach abgeschoben. Schade.

Très bon accueil par le personnel. La situation toute proche des rues piétonnes du centre ville et du bord de mer est très appréciable. La qualité des chambres, de l'espace détente et de la restauration nous ont fait passé un excellent séjour.

Salle de bain vieille pas digne dans cette catégorie d’hôtel, lavabo et baignoire cassés. Meubles aussi qui datent de 30ans.

C'est dommage les chambres sont un peu trop petites... sinon très bon accueil, chaleureux, c'était très bien, le service hotelier est très bien, grand choix au petit déjeuner

Although we hadn't booked an evening meal, the food was excellent, the staff were very helpful and reserved a table for us at very short notice. I only wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night. My only suggestion would be to definitely book a car parking space at the hotel as parking on the sea front opposite is very expensive and there are only a few spaces available in the 4 hour free parking spaces at the side of the hotel.
