Une amie que j'étais venue voir et qui était le but de mon séjour est venue me chercher à l hôtel . Moi j'avais du retard et elle s'est faite interdite l'accès à ma chambre car elle ne séjournait pas avec moi. C'est inadmissible de traiter les clients comme cela.
