Da es bei der Anfahrt zu deutlichen Verzögerungen kam und damit zur Überschreitung der Check-In-Zeiten (23.50 Uhr) war es erforderlich, das Hotel telefonisch in Kenntnis zu setzen. Dies war leider nur unzureichend möglich, da kein Englisch gesprochen wurde.
