Internet disponible unicamente en recepción, que era minúscula.
Faltaba una buena limpieza a la habitación, por ejemplo, telarañas en algunos rincones. Complementos de baño muy malos. Las terminales de cobro con tarjetas de crédito no están actualizadas o no funcionan bien del todo. Hemos tenido que probar hasta con 5 tarjetas de crédito para poder realizar el pago, porque nos rechazaban todas las tarjetas.
Me parece que todas estas cuestiones no se corresponden a un hotel de cuatro estrellas.

Leider wurden vom Reinigungspersonal persönliche Gegenstände von einem Beistelltisch entfernt. Diese Gegenstände waren nicht als Müll deklariert und sind für das Personal damit tabu! Info beim Check-out an der Rezeption weitergegeben.
Das Reinigungspersonal sollte besser der Reinigung der Dusche mehr Beachtung schenken.
Ansonsten sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal. Schöne Lage. Sehr angenehm.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in 4 star hotel and the iron at least! I Had a problem with a hot water in the morning. The hotel was short on staff so I could not go to the swimming pool. That's really disappointing. Location is good if you have a car, otherwise you are going to be stuck! That's it! Enjoy!
