Our delux room was spacious and well decorated. The only negative comment is the airconditioning was not working and it was around 40 degrees during our stay. The hotel was fully booked or they would have moved us so gave us two fans to help keep the room cool. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Dommage que cet hôtel soit si bruyant car pas de double-vitrage et les interrupteurs de tête de lit inaccessibles car dissimulés derrière la cette tête de lit.
A part ces deux inconvénients, l'hôtel est très bien situé, le petit déjeuner copieux et très "classe" et le personnel aux petits soins pour la clientèle.
Nous reviendrons à Florence dans cet établissement.

A beautiful Hotel! i really enjoyed my stay and the staff were very nice, helpful & friendly. The location is great it is both close to the Central Station and not so much walking to the interesting places of Florence.

La stanza era fredda il riscaldamento partiva alle 18 del pomeriggio e non si riusciva a stare in stanza senza il giubbotto, il bagno era poco confortevole con una tenda nella doccia molto piccola che non tratteneva l'acqua.
