Dass ich den Zustand und Leistungen des Hotels mit ausreichend beantwortet habe hat folgenden Grund:
Im Zimmer war es sehr feucht. Rheumatismus plagte mich wegen der Feuchte. Ich musste mir Gelee und Tabletten gegen die Schmerzen besorgen.
Sonst war das Zimmer Calandula sehr originell und schön eingerichtet.

Para ser un agroturismo, creo que determinados productos del desayuno deberían ser más "naturales" y no envasados.
También es mejorable la indicación para llegar al Hotel.
El entorno es idílico.

Die Wegbeschreibung sollte verbessert werden. Der angegebene Ort ist im Navi als Namensduplikat 150 km entfernt zu finden. Eine Angabe" ...km Richtung Certaldo Abzweig/Schild rechts" wäre sehr hilfreich! vor allem nachts.
Der Empfang war nicht sehr herzlich.
Die Küche, trotz Buchung von HP, wegen Erkrankung des Chefs, geschlossen. Keine Ersatzleistung.
Die Lage und Ausstattung des Hotels haben ansonsten unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen.

The info about how to fing the place is bad:
From Siena ++ you drive in to the city and follow the signs to Certaldo
When you drive 7 km you come to a sign quite unexpectedly on the right hand side. There is no signs of the village Capezzano.
The other direction we used is from Certaldo and that schould be on the description too. x km to the sign on the left side. No sign of Capezzano.
