Attended breakfast on first morning at 9.10am (serving until 10.00am) and all food items were cold-coffee, tea eggs and toast. Staff were too keen for us to finish and leave. We did not pay a second visit to dining room-so we had to buy breakfast out. Management were not interested and suggested we were too late arriving to breakfast so it seems cold breakfast is standard after 9.00am. There was no refund offered even though we had paid for breakfast in the room rate.
The shower requires maintenance to the water flow (shower use in adjacent rooms effects water temperature) and the tiling needs refurbishing.
Nice room but far too expensive when considering the inclusive dreadful breakfast.

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE.
My only suggestion would be to have hair dryers that you don't have to hold the button to keep it on. I could not manage that with one hand, as I have arthritis in my thumbs, and couldn't hold the button on with one hand and use my hair brush with the other. What is wrong with having a regular on/off button?

La pulizia della doccia non é buona, la sala da bagno non é perfetta per uno 4 stelle, non merita un 4 stelle ma un 2 stelle basterebbe. La prima colazione é sempre la stessa cosa é il personale non é simpatico!!
