Nel bilocale si potrebbero imbiancare i muri, non è pensabile che in bilocale di un residence non ci sia un frigorifero (anche vuoto). Il copriletto ( o copri divano) potrebbero essere dello stesso colore. L'odore del deodorante spruzzato nei locali è quasi insopportabile. La colazione a buffet (a pagamento) non vale certo i 10 € richiesti. La cortesia del personale supplisce solo in parte alle mancanze indicate.

The Hotel Residence Donizetti has some things to be desired. First they were no glasses, cups or even a small refridegerator for a comfortable overnight stay. The walls need to be painted and the curtains need a facelift. The hotel location a good 20 mintute bus ride to town. The bus cost more to get to this facility due to its location. Good thing it is very close to Bergamo Airport and the transportation is inexpensive to the airport. For six persons for one night the price is very good!
