The service from the people in the reception was great from some, and poor from others.

This is very nice friendly hotel we stay for 6 days the was very nice view from the balcony, kitchen have everything you need . we was very happy stay in this hotel, except was only one room with double bed and the another two beds was in the sitting and kitchen room so apparently you sleep in the kitchen, but for this price we pay no complain the beds was comfortable.

We did not get any cleaning of the appartment during the week we stayed. The roof lamp in bedroom did no work when we arrived. We asked the staff to fix the lamp but nothing happend during the entire week.

The sofa in the living room is uncomfortable - need to be changed. All lot of noise from the restaurant below until early morning made it difficult to sleep. I think because of the streetlight that's on all night people are meeting sown there after closing hours to drink beers and have fun - but it's noisy. International channels on the TV, come on it's 2013 and your guests are primarily international (a lot from Scandinavia). Poolside sun chairs are very dirty. Towels should be changed at least once a week. I'm a travel agent Manager and maybe a bit biased but the above are minor things that would add a lot of value.

Never tried, or even checked, if there was a restaurant at the hotel.

Info in English about how to buy tickets and use the local bus-system (to town, landscape and airport) had been nice! Info about the nice beach north from Alghero (we discovered that the last day). How about some restrictions about throwing garbage every where?

He estado con 6 amigas en Septiembre, y todo fue tal y como lo contraté en marzo. Limpio amplio y amable. La ciudad genial precioso. Queremos volver el año que viene.
