Le prix était de 200 euros supérieur à l'offre sur votre site, heureusement j'avais la copie de la réservation. J'avais choisi cet hôtel pour la salle de sport, elle était fermé sans explications. La chambre est triste, banale pour un quatre étoiles je m'étonne. Je suis venu environ 20 fois à Rome depuis 2005. Je dois le dire, que sauf le service du petit déjeuner qui est très bien, c'est le pire hôtel que j'ai séjourné.

Contratamos una habitación standard que en internet se veía muy bien, y supuestamente nos dieron según el chico de recepción otra mucho mejor. Entonces nos decepcionó un poco porque las fotos que vimos de la standard eran mucho más bonitas y grandes que la que nosotros tuvimos.

Durante la notte ci sono stati dei disordini nella camera accanto (una rissa tra ubriachi) che sono durati a lungo e all'arrivo della polizia uno dei litiganti è stato fermato. Il litigio era talmente "spettacolare" che la porta della camera accanto è stata letteralmente distrutta. A parte che nessuno si è sentito in dovere di rassicurarci per il grave disturbo, mi sarei aspettato di avere un forte sconto sulla camera o quanto meno un "buono" per un successivo pernottamento da parte dell'hotel.
