Wir haben es als sehr aufmerksam empfunden, dass ihr Service uns eine Flasche Prosecco als Geburtstagsgeschenk für meine Gattin aufs Zimmer gestellt hat.
Leider waren alle Stellplätze vor dem Hotel zum Ausladen des Gepäcks verstellt.
Hier sollte man darauf achten, dass Unbefugte ihr Fahrzeug nicht nur zum Halten abstellen.
Das Mobiliar auf der Terrasse war (geringfügig) von Vogelexkrementen verschmutzt.

Wir haben die Tage in Triest sehr genossen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass man quasi in der Fußgängerzone wohnt. Man braucht daher das Auto während des ganzen Aufenthaltes nicht, ABER das Hotel hat weder Garage noch Parkplatz! Unser Auto musste daher öffentlich und gebührenpflichtig in der Nähe parken, und das wird schon ziemlich teuer. 2011: Parkgebühr 1,40 Euro pro Stunde.

Bella struttura ed ottima posizione.Ci hanno assegnato una camera destinata ad un altro cliente ( abbiamo trovato biglietto di auguri e regalo). Non ci e' stata data la camera vista mare, regolarmente prenotata. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'intervento del direttore che per sopperire ai disagi creati, pur senza grosse rimostranze da parte nostra, ci ha sistemati in una splendida suite con vista mare.
Pulizia camere: da rivedere qualche dettaglio. Non portano via nemmeno i bicchieri usati. Qualche dettaglio di manutenzione (vasca da bagno). Nel complesso siamo stati bene.

We only spent the one night. The staff were professional and wonderful with their help and services.
Would recommend the hotel to all. Did not use dinning room for dinner as there are so many cafes to choose from within easy walking distance. Breakfast buffet was very high standard.
