Accueil très désagréable dés la réception il n'a été question que d'argent , aucune information sur la rivière qui est à 2 km, aucune information sur comment aller au volcan et on ne pouvait pas manger le soir car ils étaient complet mais aucun information sur où on pourrait manger! Bref on était venu pour profiter de la campagne et on a été obligé d'aller manger tous les soirs sur la côte, la route jusqu'à l'hôtel est vraiment pourrie le soir, donc aucun intérêt d'aller se terrer à la campagne si on ne peut y manger. On est allé à Taormina pour savoir comment trouver la rivière qui est tout près de l'hôtel! vraiment n'importe quoi!
