- Zustand der Liegen und Auflagen unwürdig!
- trotz Bitte nach Austausch der Poolhandtücher, wurde ein Austausch nicht vorgenommen!!!
- kein deutschsprachiges TV Programm in einem solchen Hotel ist nicht zeitgemäß.
- Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage ist für größere PKW aufgrund der Neigung schwierig (bei Ausfahrt - Aufsetzen!)

Wir haben dieses Hotel gewählt, weil wir in einem typisch toskanischen Hotel und in einem toskanischen Ort wohnen wollten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, dass das Personal durchweg sehr freundlich war. Die Leute an der Rezeption konnten uns gut auf deutsch beraten. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich habe in Montaione im Chianti ein wunderschönes Wochenende verbracht und dazu hat auch dieses Hotel beigetragen. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
