Manque de matériel de cuisine, entre autre cafetière; pelle à ordure, une grande poêle, vaisselle trouvée sale lors de notre arrivée. J'ai rencontré des problèmes avec mon chien de grande taille.

Es handelt sich um ein Apartment für vier Personen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend mit elektrischen Geräten, genügend Geschirr etc. Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Sowohl zur Rialto-Brücke als auch zur Piazza San Marco sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, das alles Notwendige anbietet. Es ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass das Apartment sehr hellhörig ist. Wir waren aber insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Our understanding was that we had booked a flat with one bedroom and separate sitting room (in addition to kitchen and bath). Instead, the flat we were given was a one-room studio with sofa/sitting area, table/eating area, and bed all in one space. (Fine for a couple or single but this was decidedly inconvenient with a small child). The location was excellent, the staff were very professional and courteous. We did have to wait quite a long time to get the key - around 2 hours. Our biggest complaint was the size of the room compared to our expectations, especially considering the price. The bed was a fold-out sofa-bed with sponge mattress, not the most comfortable but acceptable. The flat was otherwise generally well equipped.

J'ai choisi la formule location appartement. Celui attribué était très bien situé, l'accueil également. Le séjour a été très agréable.

Seule réserve: la décoration un peu froide de l'appartement pour bien se sentir chez soi!

Nous avions un appartement indépendant, très bien pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, jedoch ziemlich verwohnt. Dusche komfortabel, aber ziemlich verrostet. "Wohnzimmer" als solches nicht zu gebrauchen, die alten Tücher auf Sofa und Sessel wirkten nicht wirklich einladend. Es war eher ein zweites Schlafzimmer für Kinder. Perfekt ist die Lage 2 Min. von der Rialtobrücke entfernt. Auch die Möglichkeit, sich in der (düsteren) Küche eine Kleinigkeit zuzubereiten, ist im teuren Venedig nicht zu verachten. So erspart man sich schlechtes Hotelfrühstück mit Zeitlimit. Also nicht wirklich schlecht, aber eine Renovierung täte gut.

J'aurais aimé que la jeune femme qui nous a accueilli et avec qui j'ai correspondu par émail, m'indique les moyens d'accès autres qu'un bateau-taxi (100 €), alors que bus pour 2 personnes coûtait 6€.

Nous sommes satisfaits de l'ensemble des prestations et ne manquerons pas de repasser par votre site pour d'éventuelles réservations à venir

I stayed at Venetian Homes for 5 days and I was pretty satisfied.

The apartment was large, with a very well organized kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The neighbour was just behind Rialto Bridge and from the windows we had a view to the cannals.

As soon as we arrived, they were explained to us that they couldn’t empty the rubbish bin from the former user, because it is not allowed to leave the rubbish to the streets after 8.00, so we had to do that next day. Actually I didn’t like myself to clean somebody else’s rubbish and I am sure they could have removed the rubbish to another place outside the apartment until next morning! Moreover I wouldn’t describe the sheets and blankets as very clean, as long as stains were on them.

Another thing that irritated me was the fact they wanted me to sign for a deposit of 250€ which they would have been able to redraw from my credit card in 4 days after my departure (hey wanted to have 4 days to check the appartment)!!! I denied sign such a condition and finally we arranged an appointment just at the time of our departure so they could check if there were any damages in the house. I paid cash for the deposit and they refund it, because I didn’t want to sign these papers!

Apart from that I would say that it was value for money and I recommend it to people that do not have extremely high expectations, or do not spent many hours to their apartment.

The apartment was excellent very clean, has air conditioning and window sound proofing. Situated close to Rialto Bridge and the Rialto Market and Grand Canal. 5 mins walk to St Marco Square. Supermarkets close. Staff very helpful with travel advise to meeting point. Very happy to recommend this appartment. Croydon and Beth Hall.

L'appartamento è corretto, ma si potrebbe mettere anche una piccola quantità di prodotti per lavapiatti, lavatrice, prodotti per lavare piatti a mano....perchè non c'era niente e ho dovuto correre e trovare un supermercato ( non è cosi semplice) quando una persona viene a passare 4 giorni di ferie.

L'utima giorno del mio soggiorno sono andata in un albergo.

Era la prima volta che non andavo in albergo, e l'albergo mi sembra piu comodo per l'assistenza ai clienti.

mi sembra che manca poco per fare dalla vostra struttura un'ambiente perfetto
