Durante tutto il soggiorno di 7 giorni non c'è mai stato fatto il cambio degli asciugamani e delle lenzuola, nessuna pulizia nella camera, il ristorante era a 1.500.metri dalla struttura alberghiera, se eri a piedi la navetta per il trasporto era a pagamento.
